A voice AI platform, rewritten for the people who run call centers.

The Problem

SigmaMind builds voice AI agents that make and answer calls for call centers. The website needed to get that message across to the right stakeholder: operators running teams of agents in insurance, home services, solar and lending, who care about cost per lead and compliance more than APIs.

They could not wait three months, our minimum launch time for a new site design. So we split the work: move the site to Webflow first, then redesign it in stages without ever taking it offline.

The Challenge

SigmaMind builds voice AI agents that make and answer calls for call centers. The product was strong, but the website was not reaching the people who buy it.

  1. The wrong audience: The person who signs the contract runs a call center in insurance, home services, solar or lending. They judge vendors on cost per lead, compliance and reliability, not on APIs and technical features.
  2. No time for a long redesign: A full new site design takes us at least three months. SigmaMind needed the new message live much sooner than that.
  3. No downtime: The site was already bringing in demand, so it had to stay live throughout the move and the redesign.
  4. A team that needed control: SigmaMind wanted to update and launch pages themselves, without relying on developers for every change.
  5. Showing up where buyers search: Operators increasingly research vendors on Google and through AI assistants. The site needed content that could rank and be cited.

Solution

Instead of one long redesign, we split the work into stages, so SigmaMind got a better website in weeks and kept improving it from there.

1. Move to Webflow and fix the message first

  • We migrated the existing site to Webflow, keeping it live the whole time.
  • At the same time, we rewrote the key pages for call center operators, with copy built around cost per lead, compliance and the industries they serve: insurance, home services, solar and lending.
  • Three weeks after kickoff, the new site was live and fully editable by the SigmaMind team.

2. Redesign page by page

  • With the new message live, we redesigned the site in stages, starting with the homepage.
  • Each stage was based on what the data showed about how visitors used the site and where they dropped off.
  • Because we worked page by page, the site never went offline and improvements reached visitors as soon as each page was ready.

3. Content for search and AI assistants

  • We added pages built around the questions operators ask when they compare vendors.
  • Content was structured so search engines could rank it and AI assistants could cite it.

4. Built for the team to own

  • Reusable Webflow templates let the SigmaMind team launch new pages without technical help.
  • Lead forms and tracking made it clear which pages and channels brought in demo requests.

Results

SigmaMind got a website that speaks to the people who buy, in three weeks instead of three months, and it has kept improving since.

  1. Fast launch
    • The new site was live on Webflow, and editable by the team, 3 weeks after kickoff.
    • The site stayed online throughout the migration and redesign.
  2. More demo requests
    • Demo requests rose 42% in the 90 days after the new homepage went live.
  3. More traffic from search
    • Organic traffic grew 2.1x within 6 months.
  4. A new source of leads
    • 31% of demo requests now come from search and AI assistants.
  5. A team in control
    • SigmaMind now updates content and launches pages without developer help.

What you can take from this

You do not have to wait three months for a new website. Migrating first and redesigning in stages gets the new message in front of buyers in weeks, and every later page is decided by data instead of opinion.

Certus AI website after the redesign

An AI company that sells to restaurant owners. So we didn’t design it like an AI company.

Certus answers restaurant phones with voice AI: orders, reservations and catering, straight into the POS. Their buyer is a restaurant owner between lunch and dinner service, not a CTO. Dark gradients, neural network graphics and AI jargon would have lost them in seconds.

They started with a one-page website and were changing fast: new customers, new integrations and a sharper position every few months. The site had to be ready for pages they did not need yet.
