Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders,customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand, competitive analysis, and resource constraints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach , ensuring that products meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
- Product Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes, and competitive pressures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products or digital solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience working closely with design teams to create user-friendly products.
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
